I had to build a prototype of my circuit and unfortunately I ran out of copper laminate. I have found some old, low-quality leftovers with uneven copper layer. To improve the etching result I had to provide the constant flow of etching solution\u00a0 (sodium persulfate) . I looked around my room for any items i could use and here it is! I&#8217;d like to introduce You my unique, great, wonderful, terrific, magnificent, superb, glorious, outstanding and amazing invention &#8211; a unique, great, wonderful, terrific, magnificent, superb, glorious, outstanding and amazing automatic PCB etching machine!<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"420\" height=\"315\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/AlNAmjprVys\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>To build this extremely advanced device, I used an old CD-ROM drive and\u00a0a strawberry ice-cream box. It must be a strawberry ice-cream. Not chocolate, vanilla, lemon or any shit, but strawberry &#8211; otherwise it just won&#8217;t work. The CD tray is controlled by one of my test boards with ATMega8 connected to drive&#8217;s eject button through the transistor and relay coil.<\/p>\n<p>Yeah, it&#8217;s a little dumb, but it works. A perfect solution for the fast result ;-).<\/p>\n<p><strong>PS: Stay tuned for my new project! Niestety, sko\u0144czy\u0142 mi si\u0119 laminat i wygrzeba\u0142em z szafy jakie\u015b stare resztki niskiej jako\u015bci z nier\u00f3wnomiern\u0105 warstw\u0105 miedzi. Aby polepszy\u0107 wynik trawienia, potrzebowa\u0142em zapewni\u0107 sta\u0142y ruch substancji trawi\u0105cej (nadsiarczan sodu). W tym celu rozejrza\u0142em si\u0119 po pokoju za przedmiotami, kt\u00f3re m\u00f3g\u0142bym wykorzysta\u0107 i tak powsta\u0142 ten oto wynalazek. Przedstawiam m\u00f3j wspania\u0142y, wyj\u0105tkowy i niepowtarzalny wynalazek, kt\u00f3rym jest wspania\u0142e, wyj\u0105tkowe i niepowtarzalne automatyczne urz\u0105dzenie trawi\u0105ce PCB.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"420\" height=\"315\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/AlNAmjprVys\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Do budowy tego bardzo zaawansowanego technicznie urz\u0105dzenia zosta\u0142 wykorzystany stary nap\u0119d CD oraz pude\u0142ko po lodach truskawkowych. Musz\u0105 to by\u0107 koniecznie lody truskawkowe. Nie czekoladowe, nie waniliowe, nie cytrynowe, a truskawkowe &#8211; inaczej urz\u0105dzenie nie b\u0119dzie dzia\u0142a\u0107.\u00a0Nap\u0119d jest sterowany za pomoc\u0105 p\u0142ytki testowej z mikrokonotrlerem (ATMega8) poprzez tranzystor i przeka\u017anik pod\u0142\u0105czony do przycisku wysuwania tacki.<\/p>\n<p>Pomimo swojego wygl\u0105du, wynalazek bardzo dobrze wykonuje zadanie &#8211; p\u0142ytka wytrawi\u0142a si\u0119 bardzo \u0142adnie.
